Bhakti Vinyasa

Bhakti–one of the four paths of yoga–emphasizes the bond between students and the focus of their devotion. It’s a heartfelt practice that facilitates deeper connections with the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Along with a creative vinyasa flow, a Bhakti yoga class may include devotional chanting, breathwork and meditation. Bhakti Vinyasa classes are both energizing and calming, leaving students with a curiosity for what exists beyond the constructs of our physical reality–into the realm of infinite possibility. These classes are meant for students of all levels, and prioritize accessibility and inclusivity.
